Football Equipment Issue Schedule

Equipment issue will start May 5th for the 2010 season. Before receiving football equipment, each player MUST have their Parent or Guardian initial and sign the Equipment Issue Acknowledgement Form. Coaches please insure that all of you players have a completed Equipment Issue Acknowledgement Form at your scheduled equipment issue time slot.

If you have players on your team that own their own helmets, please have them bring their helmets to equipment issue along with the Helmet Registration Form so that we can to have the helmet registered. This process will help us to insure that all helmets being used complies with the NOCSAE safety standards. Click the read more for complete schedules.
